Dispute Resolution

There are many processes and structures in place for resolution of conflict. These include in-house forums such as workplace forums, and management and shop steward committees. Other processes are bargaining councils and conciliation, mediation, arbitration, (CCMA), strikes and lockouts, the Labour Court and Labour Appeal Court. As a registered Member of HASEA you will enjoy the benefit of having an Official represent you at all entities named above in any dispute raised.
