Negotiations

Different forms of negotiations may be held to conclude agreements for any matter concerning the employer-employee relationship. This may involve individual employees, groups of employees, workplace forums and Trade Unions where the workplace is organised by virtue of majority membership of employees with a Trade Union. Often this necessitates a process of mediation where a third party such as an organiser from an Employers’ Organisation can render skillful assistance.
