Negotiations

Different forms of negotiations may be held to conclude agreements for any matter concerning the employer-employee relationship. This may involve individual employees, groups of employees, workplace forums and Trade Unions where the workplace is organised by virtue of majority membership of employees with a Trade Union. Often this necessitates a process of mediation where a third party such as an organiser from an Employers’ Organisation can render skillful assistance. HASEA organisers have the necessary skills to deal with any form of negotiations and to conclude and prepare binding agreements between the parties.
