Company Disciplinary Code

The Disciplinary Codes and Procedures outline the standards of conduct and performance required of all employees and the procedures to be followed in cases of non-compliance. Disciplinary Codes and Procedures should be aimed at encouraging correct conduct and providing a learning opportunity for positive growth rather than just seeking to apply punitive measures.

A formal Disciplinary Code benefits both the Company and Employees. It protects Employees from arbitrary and unfair actions and ensures fair and unbiased discipline at the company. It protects the company from unacceptable conduct and performance by Employees. As a registered member of HASEA, we will provide your Company with a proper Disciplinary Code which we will then also assist by applying this code in the hearings we chair for the Company to ensure fair conduct to both parties.
