Conditions of Employment
In terms of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act 75 of 1997 (BCEA), an employer is obliged to issue to employees conditions of employment, the terms of which are listed in Section 29 of the BCEA. Organisers of HASEA are qualified to assist members in setting up these conditions of employment, as well as to provide assistance when any amendments are necessary. This will include conditions of employment agreed upon by parties within the Bargaining Council.
