Dealing with strikes

The Labour Relations Act 66 of 1995 (LRA) gives prescription to the procedures to be followed with lawful strikes. There are, however, situations whereby unlawful strikes occur and which require skilled practices to deal with these situations. Unlawful strikers may be dismissed, however, there are correct procedures required to be followed. Organisers of HASEA are versed to deal with any form of strike.
